INCONEL 800 SHEET fabricated with nickel-chromium alloy is excellently resistant to general corrosion as well as acid decomposition. These sheets are strong and easily formable due to low carbon. It gives creep strength and crevice protection. These sheets are strengthened by Aluminium that combines with Titanium with proficient temperature resistance improvement. It upholds stability at a higher temperature without stress cracking and avoiding rupture. Thus it functions in long thermal exposure up to embrittlement effective temperatures. However, these sheets are more brutal in several high temperature and stress applications. Therefore, equipments that work in heat conditions and require more heat and corrosion resistance are recommended for these sheets.

INCONEL 800H SHEET is applied in higher temperatures causing sensitization. However, it prevents these effects that turn to weaken of the sheet due to augmented carbon. Thus these sheets replace 800 sheets and perform better unaffected with inter-granular erosion. It also pretends water corrosion efficiently. INCONEL 800HT SHEET is further implemented with enlarged Aluminium-Titanium to quality performance at higher temperatures. It also resists oxidation in aqueous media with effective opposition to acidic and carburizing and sulfide compounds atmosphere.

INCONEL 800HT SHEET is rustproof and protected with the surface finish as Hot rolled, cold-rolled, and perforated sheets. These sheets are very high-temperature melting and thus used in a wide thermal range. Its excellent tensile and yield potency is better specified with rupture and cracking prevention. Its durability and serving ability increase with hardness. It is much longer stable in intense heat.
