Inconel 900 Plates Suppliers, Stockist In India

What is Inconel 900, and why is it used?

Inconel 900 contains nickel, chromium as base elements. It is also called as superalloy. This alloy is suitable in very high temperature and very high-pressure environments. This alloy is immune to corrosion and oxidation resistance. There are many grades of Inconel. Inconel 900 has high corrosion resistance due to the passivation layer that forms when heated.

What is Inconel 900 plates?

Inconel 900 alloy is made up of nickel and chromium content and the addition of molybdenum and iron. These additional elements show outstanding low and high-temperature strength. These plates shows high corrosion resistant. We produce various types of Inconel 900 plates like Inconel cold-rolled plates, Inconel Chequered plates, and Inconel CR plates.

We manufacture these plates that are resistant to oxidation and have the ability to maintain its structural integrity in high temperature environments. These plates are used in applications where do not easily succumb to caustic corrosion and corrosion caused by high purity water and stress corrosion cracking.

Inconel 900 Plates has high demand in the market, and its is used for its high strength, excellent fabricability and high corrosion resistance. In industrial applications these plates are utilized. These plates are used for its versatility and are able to solve a wide variety of design and application problems.

Characteristics of Inconel 900 Plates:

• Good resistance to acids such as sulfuric, phosphoric, nitric and hydrochloric.
• Almost free from chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking
• At high temperature shows high resistance to oxidation
• At low and high temperatures, it shows excellent mechanical properties.
• It shows outstanding resistance to crevice corrosion and intercrystalline corrosion.

Applications of Inconel 900 plates:

• Chemical processing
• Nuclear reactor
• Cryogenic storage tank
• Heat ex-changers
• Aerospace
