Special Metals is a supplier and exporter of TITANIUM GRADE 5 NUT in the required range of applications. Out Nut is a quality component of fasteners in several systems. It is a standard size and diameter structure to fasten bolts, and thus, it is produced in different forms with ease of utilization. Nuts are threaded bore structures to allow fastening of the bolts passing through them. Thus it is both sides open or one side open as per requirements. These are demanded due to its material properties and features. It is available in several types and is commonly used in shapes like hex, square, hex, head and dome types. Additionally, nut height is different in hex type, jam nut and nylock nuts. Similarly, each type is applied in a different structure.
TITANIUM GRADE 5 is a frequently used grade for fasteners. It is a Titanium alloy consisting of Vanadium and Aluminium that enrich the pure metal properties. This grade is vastly strengthened with a lower strength to weight ratio and higher resistance to corrosion illustrated by all the elements untimely. Thus it replaces other materials non-efficiently working and affected by surroundings.
TITANIUM GRADE 5 characteristics are:

TITANIUM GRADE 5 NUT is thus defiant to several corrosions. It opposes general atmospheric effects, oxidization and chloride decomposition. It is remarkably protected from acid decay and harsh compounds in its surroundings. Its low-temperature expansion gives a boost to high-temperature workability. In addition, these are not eroded, and the cavity effect is negligible. Thus it is connected in speciality chemical processing, including petroleum processes. It is stress bearable, and higher loads in systems or equipments do not affect its functionality. Therefore, it increases these nuts’ life span with improved tensile strength and hardness that is acquired with a specified range.
TITANIUM GRADE 5 NUT widely demanded in:
TITANIUM GRADE 5 NUT is provided in standard and custom sizes with several other types and features with excellent flexibility, low thermal conductivity, higher yield strength and low elasticity modulus. Consequently, it is a better quality nut with many advantageous properties.
